Shipping policy

If you are picking up your order, you may select local pickup in Kitchener ON, or pickup in Paris ON or Hamilton ON through our monthly shop swap. For pickup in Hamilton through shop swap with @82_vintage_and_thrift, please use code SHOPSWAPHAM. For pickup in Paris through shop swap with @cooltobekindkids, please use code SHOPSWAPPARIS. Please subscribe to our emails or follow on Instagram @blue.bear.vintage to be notified of upcoming shop swaps.

If you choose to build a bundle, please use code OPENBAG. We will hold your items as you continue to purchase and take advantage of the flat rate shipping fee. When you are ready to ship all orders together, please select the flat rate shipping option at checkout. Open bags will be held for a maximum of 2 months unless they are actively being added to.

Flat rate shipping is $22 CAD within Canada and $15 USD in the USA. For international purchases, please contact us for a shipping quote/invoice.

Please note that if the pickup option is selected for items that are to be shipped, an invoice for the shipping cost will be emailed to you.
